the definition of Non-Sponsored and Sponsored Entry's please look below
at the extract of Article 6.1.3 of the Supplementary Regulations.
6.1.3
Sponsored Entry is classified as below: a)
If an entry is made by a vehicle/ancillary manufacturer, his
franchise holder, accredited dealers, agents or sub‑agents. b)
If the entry is or becomes a member of a manufacturer's team. c)
If the entry is in respect of a vehicle, which, in the opinion of
the organisers, has, been provided by a vehicle/ancillary manufacturer
or any person or organization acting as his agent. d)
If the vehicle displays advertising mentioned other than
compulsory advertising. e)
If the vehicle is painted in color scheme/ design of vehicles of
major sponsors, whether carrying the sponsors advertising or not, which
in the opinion of the organizers is a sponsored
vehicle. f) The decision of the organizers in this matter will be final and binding on the competitor. EARLY
ENTRIES ARE THOSE MADE IN FULL ON OR BEFORE THE 1ST JULY 2004.
THESE ENTRIES WILL BE 20% LESSER THAN THE STANDARD ENTRY FOR THE
CORRESPONDING GROUP. FOR E.g AN EARLY ENTRY MADE FOR A GROUP 'N'
CAR CARRYING ORGANISERS ADS WILL BE RS. 16,000/- Photocopies of Bank Instruments will NOT be acceptable as proof of Entry made. Only the original Drafts received within the stipulated period will be entertained. |
