RELIABILITY TRIAL 

6th  - 12th October 2004

Tentative Programme  of the 6^th Raid de Himalaya 2004

The Raid de Himalaya 2004 will start on the 6^th October 2004 at Shimla and will conclude at Manali on the 12^th October 2004. The exact route will not be described for the Reliability Trial, only the Leg start and Leg end destinations will be revealed. How you get there will be known on your receiving the Road Books at the start of each Leg.

The general programme is as under :

Pre Event Scrutiny

All vehicles will be inspected for conformity to the safety regulations for the event. The Reliability Trial does not require very special safety measures except that seat belts be fitted and tyres be in good condition. Helmets need to be carried on board for the crew.

Scrutiny  will be held at Hotel PeterHoff of the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Corporation at Shimla

8^th October 2004

Leg 2 Manali - Jispa

9^th October 2004

Leg 3  Jispa - Pang

10^th October 2004

Leg 4  Pang - Rumtse - Pang

11^th October 2004

Leg 5  Pang - Manali

12^th October 2004

Post Event Scrutiny and Prize Distribution will bring to an end the 6th Raid de Himalaya 2004.
