This stage is run over a long flowing stretches of road for most part. The stage has its share of sharp bends as well. Please don’t get caught out by surprise. It has many a sharp bend on the descent from the Tanglang La. The road surface is rough and undulating for most part of the stage, particularly closer to the pass on both sides. Lower down the hill, it is tarmac and is fast and flowing. Exercise necessary caution while tackling the stage because it has elements that can catch you out easily.
