COMPETITOR DOCUMENTATION STATUS

The toughest part of any rally appears to be getting the documentation in place...and most competitors, both senior and first timers display singular ineptitude in getting the 9 things required to get a "Documentation OK" status. Once again, this year, for the benefit of new comers and old ones, we are initiating this "easy to use" module which will tell you whether your paperwork is done or not ! Also available from the link below is a "Paperwork Beater" which will explain, especially to newcomers, what is required of them where documentation is concerned. There is no Paperwork Beater for Xtreme 4 wheelers as they are all experienced participants.

Be sure that if you fail to meet the deadlines regarding completion of paperwork fines will be levied, with no exceptions. After all rallying is about time and time alone. Failing to meet deadlines before the event merely points to your capabilities on the event. Late with paperwork, almost always, is followed by being late to the Time Controls!

To access the Excel sheet for any particular category you will be provided with a password once you have been acknowledged as an entrant on the Entrants List in that category. The password will be sent by mail to the email id you are submitting. Once the sheet is open, scroll sideways along your name. Red cells indicate trouble whereas green is the favoured color! Holding the cursor over the cells momentarily may throw up a dialog box with a relevant comment which will guide you as to what is to be done, or what the shortcoming is. Confusion can be sorted by a call to the rally office.

The Paperwork Beater needs no password to open. It can  be printed out or saved.
